How much does Prepin Quiz cost?
Starter is $5/month, Pro is $15/month, and Teams is $30/month for up to 10 members in a group.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can explore the app first and add a card later.
How does the Teams plan work?
Teams is a single $30/month plan that covers up to 10 members. One person pays, and everyone in the group gets full Pro features plus shared decks, analytics, and a group leaderboard.
Can I import my notes, PDFs, or YouTube videos?
Yes. Paste notes, upload a PDF, or drop a YouTube link — Prepin Quiz extracts the key facts and turns them into quizzes and flashcards in seconds.
What kind of quizzes can I create?
Multiple choice, written response, match pairs, spelling bee, timed challenges, and flashcards. You can also create them by hand if you prefer.
How does spaced repetition work here?
Flashcards use an SM-2-style scheduler with five mastery stages (new, learning, young, mature, mastered) so cards you struggle with show up more often.
Can I host live quiz rooms?
Yes. Any public quiz can be turned into a live room. Players join with a 6-letter code and answer in real time on a shared leaderboard.
Is my data private?
Decks and attempts are private by default. You choose what to share publicly, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy page for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and keep access through the end of your billing period. No long-term contracts.
Do you offer student or education discounts?
We're working on a student program. In the meantime, the Teams plan ($30/month for 10 members) is often the cheapest option for classes.
