Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Prepin Quiz ("Prepin", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Prepin Quiz.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one free account. Creating extra accounts to collect free credits or referral rewards is not allowed.

2. Plans and AI credits

• Free — $0, with 25 one-time AI credits.
• Pro — $9/month, with 400 AI credits each month.
• Premium — $19/month, with 1200 AI credits each month.
• Monthly plan credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over.
• One-time top-up credits do not expire while your account is active and are used after your plan credits.
• AI features use credits based on the size of the request, as shown in the app before you confirm.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

3. Billing and cancellation

• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments and top-ups are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Referrals

Referral rewards are paid only when the person you invite becomes a paying member. Codes work once per new account and cannot be used on your own account. We may withhold or remove rewards obtained through fake accounts or other misuse.

5. Your content

You own the quizzes, decks and notes you create. You give us permission to store, process and display them so we can run the service. If you make content public, other users may view it and save their own copy to study and edit. Only upload material you have the right to use.

6. Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or harassing content.
• No cheating tools, scraping, reverse-engineering or attempts to break or overload the service.
• No sharing paid accounts or reselling credits.
• No content that infringes someone else's copyright or privacy.

7. AI-generated content

AI can make mistakes. Check important facts against trusted sources. Prepin Quiz is a study aid and does not guarantee exam results.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. You can delete your account at any time. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prepin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email.
