These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Prepin Quiz. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Prepin Quiz.

2. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to disrupt the service.
• No sharing of paid accounts beyond what your plan allows.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service.

4. Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly: Starter ($5), Pro ($15), Teams ($30 for up to 10 members).
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. AI-generated content

Quizzes and explanations generated by AI may contain errors. Verify important information against trusted sources before relying on it.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-app or by email.
